Five9 now implemented

Five9 is now supported on!

We're very excited to say that Five9 can now be integrated with our other services on PipeThru. Five9 provides a virtual call center with low cost and low maintenance. It is ideal for businesses that manage a virtual support team or call service from multiple locations with loads of wonderful data that can be sent to other applications.

There are some neat things to do with the Five9 API. Let's say that you manage all of your support tickets from Zendesk, we could send Inbound and outbound call data to specific tickets when the calls are completed. In another instance, you could mark leads in Sugar CRM that have already been called in Five9 to avoid repeat calls. We can use all sorts of data including the phone number, date of call, agent, type of call, disposition, campaign, and duration of call.  

We're currently working on functionality to add numbers to campaigns in Five9. So, when I have a new lead added to Infusionsoft, that lead's name and phone number could then be added to Five9. We'll keep you updated as this is developed over the next couple of weeks. Give it a shot and let us know how you like it, or how we could improve the integration.
